Last updated: August 9, 2026
Welcome to UpvoteHero (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://upvote-hero-web.vercel.app, create an account, purchase services, submit a contact request, or otherwise interact with our platform.
By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Who We Are
UpvoteHero operates a web platform that provides Reddit growth and engagement tools, including upvotes, downvotes, custom comments, and aged Reddit accounts, as well as related account, billing, and support features.
This Privacy Policy applies to our marketing website, customer dashboard, APIs we expose to customers, and communications you send to us through the Contact form.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:
- Account details such as name (if provided), email address, password, and authentication tokens;
- Order and campaign details, including Reddit post or comment URLs, quantities, service type, delivery preferences, and package or deposit selections;
- Custom comment text you submit for posting;
- Credentials we deliver when you purchase Reddit accounts (stored only as needed to fulfill and support the order);
- Billing and payment metadata (for example transaction IDs, amounts, currency, and payment method type);
- Messages and attachments you send through our Contact form, including the email address you leave for replies;
- Affiliate or referral identifiers if you join or use a referral program.
We also automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you use the website, including:
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP;
- Browser type, device type, and operating system;
- Pages visited, referring URL, date and time of access;
- Session and authentication cookies;
- Security and fraud-prevention signals (including bot-protection tokens such as Cloudflare Turnstile);
- Basic analytics about how features are used.
Important: We never ask for your personal Reddit password to deliver engagement services. For upvote, downvote, and comment orders we only need a public Reddit URL (and your comment text, where applicable).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Create and manage your account;
- Process deposits, orders, and deliver purchased services;
- Provide customer support and respond to Contact form requests;
- Send service-related notices (for example order status, security alerts, or material account updates);
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and security incidents;
- Improve website performance, product quality, and user experience;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service and Refund Policy;
- Operate affiliate or referral programs where applicable.
We may also use aggregated or anonymized information that no longer identifies you for analytics and business improvement.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data under one or more of the following bases:
- Contract — to provide the services you request;
- Legitimate interests — to secure our platform, prevent fraud, and improve our products, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
- Consent — where required (for example certain analytics or marketing communications);
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.
5. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by trusted third-party providers such as card processors (for example Stripe) and cryptocurrency payment processors.
We do not store your full payment card number or cryptocurrency wallet private keys. Card and crypto payment data is collected and processed by the relevant provider under its own privacy policy and security standards.
We may receive limited payment metadata needed for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, and customer support.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain account history, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.
When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for using a strong unique password.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than your country of residence. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.
By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred internationally. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information regardless of where it is processed.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar frameworks, including the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of personal information;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Request a portable copy of certain data;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Appeal or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable.
To exercise these rights, submit a request through our Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
12. California Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, delete, and correct certain personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
We do not sell personal information as “sale” is commonly defined under California law, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described by the CPRA.
13. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
14. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Review their policies before providing personal information.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
