Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use our services.

By using the platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

UpvoteHero provides digital marketing and engagement tools related to Reddit, which may include:

• Upvotes and downvotes delivered to public Reddit posts or comments;
• Custom comments posted from aged accounts using text you provide;
• Sale and delivery of aged Reddit accounts;
• Account balance / deposit packs used to purchase votes and related services;
• Related dashboard tools, pricing pages, affiliate features, and support.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary based on order size, target subreddit conditions, and platform constraints.

We never require your personal Reddit password to fulfill engagement orders. You provide a public Reddit URL (and comment copy when ordering comments).

UpvoteHero is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Reddit, Inc. or its affiliates.

Reddit remains solely responsible for its platform rules, moderation, algorithms, and account enforcement. We are not responsible for actions Reddit takes on posts, comments, or accounts.

You may need an account to place orders, view history, or manage deposits.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential;
• All activity under your account;
• Providing accurate registration and order information;
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks abuse, abuse of the platform, or violations of these Terms.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment or a sufficient account balance is required before we begin fulfillment.

For engagement services, you must provide a valid public Reddit post or comment URL and any required order details. For custom comments, you are solely responsible for the text you submit.

Once processing has started, orders generally cannot be canceled. Partial completion may be credited or refunded according to our Refund Policy.

We are not responsible if Reddit removes, hides, or alters content after delivery begins, or if vote counts change due to Reddit’s own systems (including vote fuzzing).

Purchased Reddit accounts are delivered with credentials for your use. After delivery, you are responsible for securing the account (including changing the password) and for all subsequent use.

We may accept payment methods such as credit/debit cards (for example via Stripe) and cryptocurrency, subject to availability.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the selected method for the amounts you confirm at checkout or deposit.

We may refuse or cancel orders, reverse deposits, or require additional verification if we suspect fraud, unauthorized payment methods, or policy abuse.

Taxes, if any, are your responsibility unless we expressly collect them at checkout.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. By placing an order you also agree to that policy.

Digital services that have been correctly delivered are generally non-refundable. We do not refund for disappointment with marketing results, rankings, or business outcomes.

You agree not to use the platform or purchased services to:

• Violate applicable law or Reddit’s rules in a manner that creates unlawful activity;
• Promote illegal goods/services, exploitation, harassment, hate, or scams;
• Submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt our systems;
• Use stolen payment methods or engage in chargeback fraud;
• Resell our services as a white-label offering without prior written permission;
• Misrepresent our relationship with Reddit or with third parties;
• Use purchased accounts for ban evasion or other abusive account practices that violate platform rules.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your Reddit posts, comments, and campaigns, and for how you use purchased accounts.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as comment text and URLs). You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to fulfill your order and provide support.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

The UpvoteHero website, branding, dashboards, copy, graphics, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the platform except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific Reddit rankings, traffic, revenue, virality, permanence of votes/comments, or that purchased accounts will remain unrestricted indefinitely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpvoteHero and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability arising out of any order or claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UpvoteHero and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the services, your content, your purchased accounts, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or create legal, security, or operational risk.

You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the platform, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Where permitted, disputes should first be raised through our Contact page so we can attempt an informal resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision.

Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
